Dance New Amsterdam offers a variety of workstudy programs designed to provide professional and non-professional dancers the opportunity to take classes at a discounted rate. The program is open to all students, regardless of level of dance training. Depending on the workstudy position, you will be compensated with free, limited, or unlimited discounted classes ($4.00 each class). Workstudy discounts are also applicable to studio rentals, workshops, and concert performances produced by Dance New Amsterdam.

Students must commit to the program for a minimum of six months for production and three months for on call and special events. After submitting an application, each student will be interviewed by the workstudy manager and those in charge of the program they chose. Applicants must follow the guidelines of the position they choose and be responsible, prompt, have a positive attitude, and focus on each task at hand.
