Class Description
This class is designed to help make the connection from the classroom to the stage. After a warm-up made up of core strengthening, flexibility, and isolations exercises, we work on a combo that challenges the dancer’s musicality and athleticism. I urge the students to give themselves to the combo completely and perform in the class as they would on stage.
