Class Description
I am interested in how we can recognize ourselves as grande beings. We will study using improvisation, form, and athletic phrasework as a skeleton for the flesh of performance and artistic nuance. We will ignite our joy to move and be moved, allowing this spark to empower and inform us. We will sweat our histories and nurture the confidence to present them. We will explore via little physics and loud ways. We will enjoy.
