Class Description
Sasha’s class invites those new and returning to dance to explore movement that is safe and satisfying to execute, while developing core stability, coordination and strength. Sasha guides students in how to move with confidence, remember steps and find their individual physical expression. The class includes a warm up, stretching and ample time to practice dancing to a wide variety of music. Her teaching draws on classical modern dance, Simonson technique and principles of kinesthetic anatomy.
