Mind Body Dancer® Yoga
Mind Body Dancer® Yoga has been developed by TaraMarie Perri, for dance, performance, movement, and yoga enthusiasts alike. Teaching alignment-based, breath-focused yoga, Mind Body Dancer® classes flowingly pair energetic and anatomical imagery and themes. Emphasis is placed on investigation of individual alignment and re-training safe and sustainable movement pathways. While cultivating a practice for overall mind-body wellness, yogic principles are also applied to dance technique as well as creative expression and performance. Classes are appropriate for students at any point in their exploration of yoga.
90 minute class: A full class experience including exploratory and restorative work.
45/60 minute class: A condensed yet balanced class experience; for dancers, this class is an ideal preparation for technique.
