Cardio Sculpt Classes in the Body Conceptions Method
Body Conceptions is a full-body lengthening and sculpting method that combines the principles of dynamic movement and muscle exhaustion. Both body-sculpting and cardio components use integrated movements that involve multiple muscles and that require engagement of and connection to the core. They are designed to burn fat, exercise the heart, and target all areas of the body from the arms and abs to the thighs, seat, and back. Exercises are coordinated with current, exciting music.
Pilates Circuit Class for Dancers
This Pilates class for professional or aspiring dancers will be offered in six week increments, incorporating weekly circuit sessions, mat and exercise ball regimes designed for dancers, utilizing all equipment and accessories at DNA’s fully equipped Pilates studio.
Thai Massage for Couples Workshop
The Thai Massage for Couples Workshop is a fun and unique way to interact and share loving kindness through the art of massage. Learn simple massage and stretching techniques that can be immediately used to help relieve each others’ daily stress, muscle soreness and pain. No previous experience is necessary.
