The International Student Visa Program (ISVP) at Dance New Amsterdam offers artists from all over the world the opportunity to study with today’s dance masters in New York City, one of the world’s most vibrant dance communities. Since 1997, the program has hosted hundreds of students from every corner of the globe all drawn by our nourishing professional environment in which there is ample opportunity to study, explore, and evolve. From beginners to professionals, choreographers to performers, the myriad of programs and workshops available are designed to nurture YOU, the developing artist, at every stage of your career!
Students in the ISVP have access to classes, programs and workshops including over 140 classes each week from our Open Class Schedule and Modern Guest Artist Schedule, Performance Project, Visa Voices, Works-in-Progress showings, teaching certification courses and much, much, more!
